Is this likely cancer?

As a patient, I have been experiencing a range of symptoms including itching, burning, pins and needles, pain and numbness in my limbs. The numbness is limited to my toes and fingertips, and I have also been experiencing fatigue, brain fog (which clears with probiotics), and occasional heaviness in my legs. Additionally, I have been having earaches and a sore throat. Despite testing negative for HIV, Hepatitis A through C, and Lyme disease, as well as having a negative STI blood panel and normal complete blood counts, the pain on my spine increases with pressure. My vitals, stool, and urine are all normal, but I frequently experience yeast infections that began as blantitis dysuria that occurred weeks after hives. While seeing a chiropractor, I was found to have pinched nerves. Recently, I noticed a lump on my skin. My doctor suspects that I may be experiencing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post COVID viral syndrome. Is there any chance that my symptoms or the lump on my skin could be indicative of cancer?

Based on the information you have provided, it is unlikely that cancer is the cause of your symptoms. However, further testing and evaluation may be necessary to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. It is important that you continue to work with your doctor to explore all options and take any necessary steps for treatment.
